Dave Summers, the owner, has been putting businesses on location for over 40 years. His family and staff are continually building relationships with the community, collaborating with both the city and neighborhood, making us perfect for in or out of town investors.​
We sell, finance, lease, and develop commercial and residential locations. Improving the community, and bringing commerce to our slice of the Midwest.

We've worked with government contracts, medical facilities, pubs, clubs, restaurants, religious organizations, land developments, shopping centers, local businesses, and many commercial franchises.
